BIOGRAPHY

Jeremy Lin currently inactive in terms relative to the NBA. He has, however, played overseas and in the G League.

Born on August 23, 1988 in Los Angeles, California, he is listed at 6' 3" and weighs 200 lbs.

Lin went to high school at Palo Alto. After that, with big brains and a then assumed limited skill set, he committed to Harvard.

Mostly an afterthought when his college tenure was up, Lin would make his way through the league by initially hitting practice teams, but failing to fully make a dent on a roster for several years.

In what is now the stuff of legend, though, Jeremy Lin went absolutely bonkers for a short period of time when forced into action by the New York Knicks. For a few week stretch, Lin played so well that he became an overnight household name, with media and fans dubbing this portion of his career Linsanity. The moniker would also become his nickname.

While his time as a superstar was short, he did enough to warrant a large NBA contact when his time with the Knicks ended.

During his NBA career, he also played 1 season with the Golden State Warriors, 1 season with the New York Knicks, 2 seasons with the Houston Rockets, 1 season with the Los Angeles Lakers, 1 season with the Charlotte Hornets, 2 seasons with the Brooklyn Nets, 1 season with the Toronto Raptors and 1 season with the Atlanta Hawks.

No matter how much his star dimmed at the end, Jeremy Lin etched himself in NBA lore. He’ll be fondly remembered as long as games are played.
