This matchup between the Timberwolves and Knicks did not have the feel of a typical preseason game, with both teams seemingly going at it as if there were high stakes on the line.</p><p>In the end, it was the Knicks that came out on top, 115-110, surviving an all-out barrage from Edwards, who led the way for the Timberwolves with 31 points on red-hot shooting from the field. Following the exciting preseason contest, Edwards and Towns became the talk of the town as they decided to hold a jersey swap — an incredible, if bittersweet, moment between two former teammates whose friendship has grown over the past four seasons.</p><p>But Knicks fans, ever the opportunists, took this opportunity to recruit Edwards to New York. One fan straight up told Edwards to sign with the Knicks once his contract with the Timberwolves (that runs until the 2028-29 season) is up. Edwards did not shut the door, however, on a potential reunion with his old buddy Towns. In fact, he said that he would <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBF5hLPJ20r/?igsh=NjdtNTA5d242MzEw" rel="noopener">very much welcome</a> a potential reunion with the 28-year-old big man.</p><p>“I definitely would love to be reunited with KAT,” Edwards said, <a href="https://x.com/ClutchPoints/status/1845681209994576259" rel="noopener">eliciting a smile</a> from Towns. The Timberwolves had to make some cost-cutting maneuvers in fear of the punitive restrictions imposed by going above the second luxury tax apron. There aren’t many that span conferences.</p><p>Two weeks ago, the New York Knicks sent DiVincenzo and Julius Randle to the Timberwolves in exchange for Karl-Anthony Towns. This quickly ended what was already known as the “<a href="https://clutchpoints.com/knicks-news-timberwolves-trade-ends-villanova-knicks-run">Nova Knicks</a>.”</p><p>Considering how far ahead the Boston Celtics were last year in the Eastern Conference, it makes sense that the Knicks felt like they had to make a big move. Meanwhile, the Timberwolves have more leeway given that the West is more wide open. Between the Oklahoma City Thunder, Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets and T-Wolves, the conference could move in any team’s favor.</p><p>DiVincenzo gives the Timberwolves an elite off-the-bench scorer. Last season, he set personal bests averaging 15.5 points per game and looked like a difference-maker during the postseason.</p><p>What makes the Timberwolves special? ClutchPoints’ Brett Siegel spelled it out clearly in his <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/nba-power-rankings-2024-25-thunder-challenge-celtics">latest NBA Power Rankings</a> where he has Minnesota at No. 8.</p><p>“Anthony Edwards. It is easy to see why. The new New York frontcourt threat averaged 21.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, and three assists per game last season with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The big man also posted shooting marks of 50.4% from the field and 41.6% from the three-point range in 62 games.</p><p>That is something the Knicks could use to replace the less-accurate, less-mobile Randle. Timberwolves coach Chris Finch is going to <a href="https://www.nba.com/news/karl-anthony-towns-trade-knicks-timberwolves" rel="noopener">miss the best shooting big man</a> in the league. Not just in the rotations but in the only professional home locker room Towns has ever known.</p><p>“Performance-wise, one of the most skilled players I’ve ever coached, no doubt about it. Towns’ greatest asset as a basketball player is his <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/karl-anthony-towns-first-bucket-with-knicks-after-timberwolves-trade">ability to space the floor</a> from beyond the arc, although during the Knicks’ Wednesday night preseason game against the Washington Wizards, he began the game being unable to throw a stone into the ocean.</p><p>Towns started off the game by missing his first five attempts from three; however, his confidence never wanes, as evidenced by the declaration he made in the past that he’s the greatest big-man shooter of all time. He has tended to fade into the background when his shot from the perimeter isn’t falling, but he has to remain aggressive on the scoring front regardless of his output from three. They have a legitimate MVP candidate as the lead ballhandler of the offense (Jalen Brunson), two lockdown 3-and-D wings who are viewed among the best perimeter defenders in the league (Mikal Bridges and OG Anunoby), a swiss-army knife who excels as a connective piece (Josh Hart), and now, they have one of the best offensive centers in the entire league (Karl-Anthony Towns).</p><p>On Wednesday night, the Knicks certainly flexed the star-power and excellent complementary nature of their starting five against an outclassed Wizards squad. All members of their starting five had at least a +17 on the night, which is a testament to the two-way balance that lineup possesses.</p><p>The huge question surrounding the Knicks, of course, is their depth. They sacrificed the depth that they assembled last season to up the team’s top-shelf talent level, and it will be a point of interest to monitor who emerges as a key contributor for the team as a reserve. Against the Wizards, Cameron Payne and Tyler Kolek were the ones who made a strong case for minutes. They defeated the Charlotte Hornets 111-109 behind Jalen Brunson and <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/karl-anthony-towns-first-bucket-with-knicks-after-timberwolves-trade">new addition Karl-Anthony Towns</a>, as well as strong bench play that was spearheaded by Miles McBride. McBride played 25 minutes and looked sharp in the team’s pre-season debut. And while it was Josh Hart and not McBride who <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/how-knicks-karl-anthony-towns-trade-impacts-josh-hart-depth-chart">rounded out New York’s starting five</a>, it is still possible that McBride convinces coach Tom Thibodeau that he deserves to start before the season opener against the Boston Celtics on October 22.</p><h2><b>Miles McBride </b><b>makes case for joining starters in</b><b> first pre-season game </b></h2><p>McBride posted a +22 net rating in the Knicks’ preseason win over the Hornets, accumulating 22 points, three assists, one steal, and only one turnover, all the while making four of his nine three-point attempts. He led the team in points (22) and tallied the second-most minutes of any Knick behind only Cam Payne.</p><p>Like he did so often last season, McBride played with energy and enthusiasm. His peskiness was omnipresent on the defensive end of the floor. He also made tough buckets, moved the ball well, and knocked down in-rhythm (but not wide-open) three-pointers.</p><h2>How would a starting lineup with McBride perform?</h2><p>McBride fits nicely alongside Brunson, Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby, and Towns. But so does Josh Hart. Essentially, the Knicks must decide which of the two will be their starting shooting guard, even if “shooting guard” is nearly interchangeable with “small forward” (and to a lesser extent,”power forward”).</p><p>But McBride plays bigger than his six-foot-two-inch stature suggests, and he’s proved that he can play against opposing teams’ starters. In fact, he started 14 games last season, averaging 17.9 points and 4.1 assists in 43.3 minutes per start. What’s more, he shot the ball just as well in high minutes as a starter as he did in a smaller role, and his net plus/minus actually increased from -3.0 as a reserve to +2.1 as a starter.</p><p>The Knicks went 6-8 with McBride in the starting lineup. But it’s fair to call attention to the fact that five of those starts were in place of Brunson and the other nine came without Anunoby (and Julius Randle). We know how valuable Brunson is to the team, but Anunoby had an unprecedented net plus/minus <i>and</i> led the Knicks to an astonishing record in his appearances last season, making for an unfair comparison.</p><h2><b>Will Miles McBride join the starting lineup?</b></h2><figure><img src="https://wp.clutchpoints.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Knicks-Miles-McBride-defends-Indiana-Pacers-point-guard-Tyrese-Haliburton-in-Game-7-of-the-2024-Eastern-Conference-Semifinals.jpg"><figcaption>Brad Penner-Imagn Images</figcaption></figure><p>Miles McBride might be his own worst enemy in terms of him joining the starters. Not only did he play well with the second unit in the team’s first preseason outing, but he <i>powered</i> the second unit.</p><p>New York undoubtedly needs a scoring punch off its bench. If not McBride, who else provides it? Maybe Tyler Kolek, but Thibodeau has been hesitant to rely on rookies, historically.</p><p>Cam Payne, Jericho Sims, and Precious Achiuwa are all capable in their own way, but none can create their own shots. That leaves Landry Shamet and McBride. But Shamet shot a career-worst 33.8% on three-pointers last season, and McBride has already earned Thibodeau’s trust.</p><p>With Donte DiVincenzo settling into a new role with the Minnesota Timberwolves, McBride figures to replace him in the team’s rotation, and that was (for better or worse) in the team’s second unit.</p><p>For a means of predicting how much McBride might play, we can look to DiVincenzo’s role with the 2023-24 Knicks. Before his ascension to the starting lineup, DiVincenzo averaged 20.3 minutes per game. Considering McBride is a known commodity whereas DiVincezo was a new addition (as of this time last season), it’s fair to assume that McBride will play even more minutes.</p><p>Ultimately, McBride is probably better suited to anchor the Knicks’ bench than Hart given their respective strengths. He will inevitably play 20-25 minutes per game. He will serve multiple roles, relieving Brunson, Hart, and Bridges, initiating the offense, and playing off the ball.</p><p>Can McBride serve as a starter today? He most certainly can. But he is simply more valuable to the 2024-25 Knicks as its sixth man. Hopefully, the front office values his versatility as much as the fans do.</p><figure class="op-tracker"></figure></article>    </body></html>

I think he fits well with the personalities, the willingness to share. I think with Brunson, there’s something about that that I really like. I don’t know why I like it yet. With these Knicks, you can’t speak too early.</p><p>“We have to make sure we add the right coaching plays and then the coaches stay put, we got a lot of stuff going on in New York. But I’m very excited about this pick and roll coming with those two just because KAT understands spacing and he’s able to stretch the floor as such a big target for Brunson,” Shumpert continued. “He’s got good hands and he can finish giving Brunson that in a scaled-down version because Julius was a little more than a triple-threat player than a smooth combination of a pick-and-roll that we’re used to.”</p><p>Brunson and Randle did well as a pairing together over the past two seasons, helping lead the team to back-to-back semifinals appearances after the team missed the playoffs in eight of the nine prior seasons. However, it became clear that Randle’s crash-to-the-hoop style wasn’t the best fit for Brunson’s playmaking style. Shumpert argues that Towns’ game is a better fit for Brunson than Randle was.</p><p>“Julius breaks it off a little bit more to go downhill,” explains Shumpert. “And I think that KAT and Brunson will have better chemistry in that world — they’ll be more Stockton and Malone than the pick-and-pop and somebody drive it.”</p><p>“They had the pick and roll Melo syndrome, where it’s like Melo from 18 feet. My boy needs nine seconds, we going downhill,” Shumpert continued. “That’s how Julius goes. I think that Brunson gives KAT the ability to get downhill off of somebody having to play catch up and KAT doesn’t get that too often. However, the Towns trade may not have happened had the Knicks landed Walker Kessler from the Utah Jazz instead.</p><p>During free agency, <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/thunder-news-big-splash-isaiah-hartenstein-87-million-contract">Isaiah Hartenstein joined the Oklahoma City Thunder</a> to go play with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren, which depleted the Knicks’ frontcourt depth.</p><p>“New York made multiple trade runs at Utah’s Walker Kessler to fill its well-chronicled void at center,” NBA reporter Marc Stein wrote on The Stein Line, <a href="https://marcstein.substack.com/p/sunday-best-all-the-latest-from-the" rel="noopener">citing league sources</a>. “It is believed that Utah wanted at least two future first-round picks for Kessler… after the Knicks had exhausted much of their remaining cache of draft picks in the <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/knicks-news-stunning-mikal-bridges-nets-rockets-trade">trade with Brooklyn for [Miles] Bridges</a>.”</p><h2><b>Are the Knicks better off with Karl-Anthony Towns instead of Walker Kessler?</b></h2><figure><img src="https://wp.clutchpoints.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Karl-Anthony-Towns-shooting-against-Walker-Kessler.jpg"><figcaption>© Bruce Kluckhohn-Imagn Images</figcaption></figure><p>An unspoken rule in trading for players is that you always trade for talent, and KAT has plenty of skill and upside to offer the Knicks. For instance, he remains one of the league’s best shooting big men.</p><p>His shooting will open up the floor for Jalen Brunson to operate, whether on pick and pops or drives-and-kicks to Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby, or Towns himself.</p><p>Moreover, coach Tom Thibodeau can play Towns with Mitchell Robinson without sacrificing much on offense or clogging up the paint. Both Robinson and Josh Hart can still crash the boards and keep the ball moving.</p><p>However, they would probably start KAT at center and <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/what-karl-anthony-towns-means-mitchell-robinson-future-knicks">bring Robinson off the bench</a>, especially considering his injury history.</p><p>At this point, he might be better playing 20-25 minutes a game, spotting for Towns when he sits down or when they need additional defense in the frontcourt.</p><p>Depth concerns wouldn’t matter as much in the playoffs, anyway, as coaches typically would stick to the eight- or nine-man rotation that got them there in the first place.</p><p>Still, if the Knicks had traded for Walker Kessler instead, they would have acquired a seven-footer who can <a href="https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/k/kesslwa01.html" rel="noopener">block shots and rebound</a> on a high clip, and he wouldn’t need the ball much at all.</p><p>It’s likely though that the Knicks wouldn’t play Kessler and Robinson together, since it would dam up the lane for Brunson’s offense and playmaking.</p><p>As a backup center, though, Kessler would have been a clear defensive upgrade over Hartenstein. However, the Jazz big man wouldn’t provide as much upside as KAT, whose offense gives opposing teams several different problems.</p><p>Who knows, though, if KAT will fit well in New York?</p><figure class="op-tracker"></figure></article>    </body></html>

Instead, New York’s front office made the bold move to trade five unprotected first-round picks to the Brooklyn Nets for Mikal Bridges.</p><p>It seemed like Bridges would be the main move of the offseason, until just before training camp when the Knicks pulled off the shocking trade for Towns, giving up Julius Randle and Donte DiVincenzo along with a protected first-round pick from the Detroit Pistons. Towns followed the two big men, attempting to separate the grip of Green.</p><p>Thompson, McDaniels and Green would all be ejected from the game but it would be the latter who would ultimately be dealt the biggest punishment. Thompson and McDaniels were both handed a $25,000 fine but the problematic 34-year-old was <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/warriors-news-klay-thompson-draymond-green-possible-suspension-timberwolves-altercation">suspended for the following five games</a>. So, what could Towns mean for Robinson? In fact, he’s the only seven-footer on the roster with any notable experience. So, his playing center is a no-brainer to begin the season.</p><p>Despite his reputation, Towns is a reliable big man. Throughout his career, he’s had his share of defensive flaws. Prior to adding Rudy Gobert in a 2022 trade, the Minnesota Timberwolves ranked in the bottom 10 in defense for six straight seasons with Towns as their starting center.</p><p>But a closer look reveals a young center learning his way in the NBA.  In fact, in 2021-22, the Timberwolves were 13th in points allowed per 100 possessions, which pre-dated Gobert’s arrival. And Minnesota was still pretty good last season even with Gobert on the bench.</p><p>Towns’ defensive tools are notable. His seven-foot-four-inch wingspan gives him a relatively high defensive floor; he’s going to block shots with that kind of reach. Can coach Tom Thibodeau’s leadership lead Towns to another level? It’s very possible given what he’s done for this team thus far. .</p><p>Further, while Minnesota was an incredibly versatile defensive team, the 2024-25 Knicks could be even better. Specifically, their defensive versatility at the wings is unprecedented. Playing alongside OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges, and Josh Hart should help, a lot. In particular, Anunoby can help Towns by switching on to some centers, too.</p><p>But we’re only preparing for the start of the season. What happens when Robinson returns?</p><h2><b>Where does Mitchell Robinson fit in when he returns?</b></h2><p>This is the million-dollar question. While Towns has been passable on defense, Robinson thrives there. He is among the best defensive centers in the NBA when he’s healthy. Unfortunately for the Knicks, that isn’t all that often. Robinson has missed 20 or more games in four of his six professional seasons. And he is, once again, recovering from an ankle injury.</p><p>But maybe Robinson isn’t suited for a starting role. Maybe he is meant to leave it all on the court in stretches. And maybe the Knicks’ leadership could adhere to that, playing him strategically in situations that most demand for his skill set.</p><p>To be clear, we are not suggesting that the Knicks hold Robinson out of action until the playoffs. But maybe he suffers fewer injuries if he plays fewer meaningless minutes. After all, Robinson was playing <a href="https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/r/robinmi01.html" rel="noopener">29.2 minutes per game</a> last season prior to initially injuring his ankle.</p><p>Comparatively, he played 25.7 minutes per game in 2021-22, the season in which Robinson achieved his career high for games played (72). So, if New York brings Robinson off the bench and restricts his minutes, maybe he remains healthy. And deploying Robinson as a defensive behemoth off the bench makes for a tougher second unit, which already boasts some gritty and versatile defenders like Miles McBride, Precious Achiuwa, and Cam Payne.</p><p>The Towns trade removed a lot of the ambiguity on the Knicks’ roster, making them fit together more cohesively. Towns role is clear, and his presence will open the floor for the Knicks’ other shooters. Bringing Robinson off the bench once he’s back from injury could be a recipe for success.</p><p>But the real question will be who closes games. And that’s something that coach Thibodeau will figure out on the fly. But it’s a good problem to have and one that will make the Knicks even more successful. He called Towns “a good touch” for the Knicks, called him and new Minnesota Timberwolves star Julius Randle “very skilled and very good” and discussed Towns’ fit on his new team.</p><p>“I think for that group and what they envision is giving more space for Jalen [Brunson] and that offense to thrive. Obviously, KAT is one of the best three-point shooting bigs in the league, probably history of the league.</p><p>“I get the dynamic that they wanted there, but it’s gonna be interesting. Obviously, [the] Knicks [are] on the rise as well as ourselves and a couple of other teams out East. They definitely made a splash with that pickup.”</p><h2><b>Paul George, Karl-Anthony Towns preparing for first seasons with new teams</b></h2><p>George declared that the 76ers, Celtics and Knicks will be the <a href="https://x.com/ClutchPoints/status/1840826438746062996" rel="noopener">top three teams in the Eastern Conference</a> in the 2024-25 season. The Knicks sent Randle and Donte DiVincenzo to Minnesota to address their center position and infuse more shooting into the lineup around Brunson.</p><p>Already super tough to guard, Brunson will be even harder to stay in front of, especially with newcomer Mikal Bridges also spacing the floor for him.</p><p>Towns will have to adjust a lot after abruptly getting traded by the only NBA team he has ever known. It would already be tough even if it didn’t happen so close to the season. It will be a similar story for George, who has bounced around but spent the last five seasons with his hometown Los Angeles Clippers. At least he had the whole offseason to get acclimated to his new home.</p><p>For the 76ers, George will provide ample spacing, perimeter defense and tertiary scoring for Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey. The fit with those stars and a revamped supporting cast <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/76ers-news-paul-george-predicts-fun-year-in-first-season-with-philadelphia">appears to be strong</a>, though the regular season will put that to the test. The trade ultimately included the Charlotte Hornets, who received Charlie Brown, Duquan Jeffries, Duane Washington Jr., and two future second-round picks from the Knicks, while receiving a 2025 second-round pick from the Wolves and cash considerations. Meanwhile, besides Towns, the Knicks also received draft rights to James Nnaji, via the Hornets.</p><p>Trading one of the team’s pillars both on and off the court wasn’t easy for the Timberwolves, if you asked President of Basketball Operations Tim Connelly, even though they clearly blindsided Towns, who has never requested a trade even after several losing seasons.</p><p>“We don’t trade a person like KAT lightly,” Connelly said, via <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5814638/2024/10/03/timberwolves-contenders-trading-karl-anthony-towns/?source=emp_shared_article" rel="noopener">a report</a> from Jon Krawczynski for The Athletic. “We were very specific with what it would take. Quite frankly, the asking price was very high when you see what these guys accomplished last year.”</p><h2><b>The Timberwolves part with KAT</b></h2><figure><img src="https://wp.clutchpoints.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Karl-Anthony-Towns-hangs-his-head-at-a-game.jpg"><figcaption>© Bruce Kluckhohn-Imagn Images</figcaption></figure><p>Before the Knicks trade, Karl-Anthony Towns’ contract would have forced the <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/nba-rumors-timberwolves-reason-for-acquiring-julius-randle-donte-divincenzo-in-blockbuster-trade">Timberwolves to pay millions in luxury tax</a> to keep the team that advanced to the Western Conference finals last season.</p><p>Moreover, the team must have felt that they have more upside with Anthony Edwards, who’s only 23 years old but has already proven his value as the team’s main guy and playoff performer.</p><p>They might have figured that having Mike Conley put him in scoring positions is enough, while Jaden McDaniels and Rudy Gobert lock down the perimeter and the paint.</p><p>Moreover, they can rely on DiVincenzo and Naz Reid to contribute off the bench, though they might give Reid a starting job, depending on Randle’s play or his chemistry with Edwards.</p><p>Still, losing a floor spacer in KAT would sting, as Edwards might not have the same room to operate with Randle holding the ball in the elbow and Gobert roosting in the paint.</p><h2><b>How about the Knicks?</b></h2><p>Meanwhile, Edwards might have overshadowed KAT, but he is still a four-time All-Star and one of the best big-man shooters in the league. The Knicks’ perimeter defenders would cover for his deficiencies, while the pick-and-pop/roll game with Jalen Brunson should carve up teams with thin interiors.</p><p>Offensively, <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/karl-anthony-towns-upgrade-julius-randle-should-ease-knicks-fans-trade-concerns">Towns is a definite upgrade over Randle</a>, mainly because KAT has more range. However, the trade has depleted the Knicks’ bench, which could be concerning given <a href="https://clutchpoints.com/nba-rumors-tom-thibodeau-karl-anthony-towns-trade">Tom Thibodeau</a>‘s penchant for playing his starters heavy minutes even in relatively meaningless games.</p><p>KAT’s prior experience with Thibs should let them hit the ground running, though.</p><p>“I know the offense he likes to run,” Towns <a href="https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10137930-video-karl-anthony-towns-says-he-was-shocked-by-knicks-timberwolves-trade" rel="noopener">said in a report</a> by Timothy Rapp for Bleacher Report. “I know the way he likes to play defense and what he expects from his players.”</p><p>On paper, the Knicks might have become title contenders while the Wolves might have gone down a tier. Towns had established himself as a staple in the Minnesota community and had never shown any indication of wanting out even during some brutal seasons.</p><p>He was so beloved by the fanbase and the community that longtime Wolves beat reporter Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic found himself having to comfort his nine year old daughter when news of the trade broke.</p><p>During an appearance on ESPN’s ‘NBA Today,’ Krawczynski told host Malika Andrews that the very next day, Towns said goodbye to his kids in away that he never would have imagined.</p><p>“Late that night, on the night of the trade, I get a text from Karl-Anthony Towns who knows that these kids really look up to him. . .he said, ‘where are they gonna be tomorrow, do they have any sports? And I was just thinking, well yes Nita has a soccer tournament on Saturday,” Krawczynski said. “He shows up about halftime of the game, watches the game, takes pictures with everyone. . .after the game he pulls Nita aside, gives her a big hug, gives her some whispers of encouragement and just spends a little time with two kids who needed to say goodbye to him.”</p><h2><b>Karl-Anthony Towns’ impact on the Timberwolves<br></b></h2><figure><img src="https://wp.clutchpoints.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Karl-Anthony-Towns-reveals-the-first-thing-he-said-to-Knicks-point-guard-Jalen-Brunson.jpg"><figcaption>© Jerome Miron-Imagn Images</figcaption></figure><p>It’s the end of an era for the Timberwolves following the trade sending Karl-Anthony Towns to the Knicks. Towns was the longest tenured player on the roster.</p><p>The Wolves selected Towns with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. He developed into one of the premier big men in the league across his nine seasons with the franchise. During Towns’ first six seasons in Minnesota, the team only made the playoffs once. They finished under .500 in all five of those seasons they missed the playoffs.</p><p>That’s why this past season was so significant for Towns and the Wolves fanbase. The team had posted three consecutive winning seasons and following back-t0-back first round exits, they reached the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 2004.</p><p>During this past season, Towns appeared in 62 games at a little over 32 minutes per game. He averaged 21.8 points, 8.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists with splits of 50.4 percent shooting from the field, 41.6 percent shooting from the three-point line and 87.3 percent shooting from the free-throw line.</p><p>Towns will now take his talents to New York where he is expected to help the Knicks transform into a legit contender.</p><figure class="op-tracker"></figure></article>    </body></html>
