Mike Conley’s Net Worth In 2021 (estimate): $70 Million

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Mike Conley’s net worth in 2021 is $70 million.

The Fayetteville, Arkansas native attended Lawrence North High School in Indianapolis where he led his team to three straight state championships and an overall record of 103-7 in his four years of high school ball.

For his lone college year, Mike Conley committed to Ohio State. Along with high school teammate Greg Oden, Conley led the Buckeyes all the way to the championship game of the NCAA Tournament, where they fell to defending champion Florida.

He then declared for the 2007 NBA draft, being selected by the Memphis Grizzlies with the fourth overall pick. Conley's starting deal with the Grizzlies was worth $15.8 million over four years.

Conley’s early tenure in Memphis Memphis wwas mostly spent off the bench, as he was fighting Kyle Lowry for the starting point guard spot. But he became a full-fledged starter in the 2009-10 season, averaging 12.0 points and 5.3 assists per game.

Mike Conley signed a five-year, $40 million contract extension with Memphis the following season. He helped the upstart Grizzlies make the playoffs for the first time in five years in 2010-11, where eight-seeded Memphis made history by upsetting the top-seeded San Antonio Spurs in the first round.

In the 2012-2013 season, Conley was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team as he helped Memphis reach its first Western Conference Finals in franchise history. A year later, the southpaw point guard averaged a then career-high 17.2 points and 6.0 assists per game, also winning his first NBA Sportsmanship Award.

Before the start of the 2016-2017 season, Mike Conley agreed to a five-year, $152 million contract extension—at the time the most lucrative NBA contract ever signed—to stay with the Grizzlies. He averaged 20.5 points and 6.3 assists per game that season.

In 2018-19, Conley surpassed longtime teammate Marc Gasol as the Grizzlies’ all-time leader in points, also earning the Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year award. The Grizzlies, in the midst of a rebuild, traded Conley to the Utah Jazz in exchange for Grayson Allen, Jae Crowder, Kyle Korver, and the draft rights to Darius Bazley the following summer.

Conley was named to his first-ever NBA All-Star Game during his second season with Utah, replacing the injured Devin Booker as a reserve. In August, Conley agreed to a three-year $68 million contract extension to stay with the Jazz.

Forbes included Conley in its 2020 rankings of the world's highest-paid athletes, slotting him at No. 71. With his massive consecutive contracts, Conley's estimated current career earnings are $226,087,986.

Conley is reportedly earning at least $1 million in various endorsement deals, too. Some of his endorsements are with brands like Toyota Motors, Vivint Smart Home, and Jordan Brand.

“Jordan himself is iconic and is the greatest player of all time,” Conley said in a 2016 interview with SLAM Magazine. “The shoes are the greatest of all time. Being linked to that is the ultimate honor. It’s like being inducted into some kind of sneaker society. It’s really cool. Not a lot of people get that opportunity. It’s a blessing to be a part of such a storied brand.”

Conley is no stranger to helping those who are in need.

In 2020, during the rage of the COVID-19 pandemic, Conley donated $200,000 to benefit six different organizations: Utah Food Bank, CodeCrew, Community Shelter Board, Columbus Urban League, Indianapolis Public Schools Foundation, and New Haven Missionary Baptist Church.

“I’ve always been one to think about our communities and our future,” Conley told NBA.com. “We can all benefit by having someone fight for us. I’ve always tried to be that person, to be able to do something good in a time when not a lot of good things are happening.”

The 33-year-old is still on the hunt for a championship ring, and his current contract might be his last big one. Regardless, a player and person of Conley's caliber will surely still have a positive impact on whatever team he's playing for until his career finally comes to a close.
