Fall bio

Tacko Fall currently plays for the Boston Celtics. 

Born on December 10, 1995 in Dakar, Senegal, he is listed at an amazing 7' 5" and weighs 311 lbs. 

Fall went to high school at Jamie's House Charter School (TX). While a giant, he wasn’t exactly a highly sought after recruit, as programs feared his size would limit his ability on the hardwood. Nevertheless, Tacko Fall would eventually commit to Central Florida. 

In college, he began to develop a cult-like following. Obviously, most of this was due to his size, but his ability to block shots, finish at the rim and a general good attitude all attributed to his star brightening.

Unfortunately, the 2019 NBA Draft came and went without his name being called. The good news? Well, at least for Celtics fans, is that Danny Ainge took a flyer on the big man as an undrafted free agent.

While he did see some time, off and on, in the G League, Tacko Fall has proven to be a viable rotational player in the NBA, providing quality minutes whenever he gets a chance to see time on the hardwood.

During his NBA career he has played for the Boston Celtics since 2019.
